JamFactory is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team at our Adelaide or Seppeltsfield locations.
The Retail Sales Assistant is a critical customer service position for JamFactory’s Retail Team. The role is responsible for:
• Processing retail transactions and undertaking tasks associated with sales for the shop and gallery, stock display, lay-by/other POS transactions
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Cleaning and general housekeeping within the retail space
• Ensuring the image of the retail shop and gallery is of a high standard and maintaining a professional image for the organisation with all customers and service recipients.
