JamFactory is looking for a Retail & Gallery Manager to join the team.
JamFactory supports outstanding craft and design from emerging and established artists through our shops, galleries and studios. The Retail and Gallery Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of JamFactory's primary shop and gallery in Morphett Street, Adelaide. Leading a small customer service team, the position is critical in growing sales and representing JamFactory to a broad public.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Manage stock ordering, merchandising and inventory
• Oversee shop operations and ensure a high level of customer service and presentation standards
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
