JamFactory’s two year Associate Training Program provides high-level skills and business training for emerging artists, craftspeople and designers working in the areas of Ceramics, Glass, Furniture or Metal Design.

JamFactory relies heavily on financial support from donors to cover the cost of each Associate position (currently $15,000 - $20,000 per Associate per annum).
