JamFactory provides support for emerging and established designer/makers and craftspeople through its Associate Program as well as providing opportunities to be active in the craft community through such activities as exhibitions and the visiting artist program.

JamFactory also provides the opportunity for members of the public and business to become involved in craft and design through workshops, volunteering and commissions.
