Jane Yuile
Jane Yuile was first appointed chair in June 2004 and re-appointed in June 2008.
Jane Yuile has over 30 years experience as a finance executive. She was a Senior Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse followed by 10 years as the Finance Director of a listed Technology company. Since then Jane has been consulting to boards and executives in finance, risk, strategy and governance. Jane is on a variety of public, private and government boards in industries including technology, electricity, health, training and the arts.

John Ranaldo is a partner in the accounting and advisory firm, KPMG. He has over 15 years professional experience in Australia and the United Kingdom, with the last 7 years specialising in providing financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients undertaking complex acquisitions and divestments. John has a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australian and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dr Christine Nicholls

Dr Christine Nicholls is a writer, curator and Senior Lecturer in Australian Studies at Adelaide's Flinders University.  From 1982-1992 she lived and worked at Lajamanu, a remote Aboriginal settlement in the Tanami Desert of the Northern Territory, first as a linguist and then as Principal of the local bilingual Warlpiri Lajamanu School. She has worked at various universities in Australia and elsewhere in the world: for example, 2004-2005 she worked as Professor of Australian Studies at The University of Tokyo, Japan.

Christine Nicholls has published eleven books and more than 200 articles on Indigenous Australian art and languages, many of which have been translated into languages other than English. Christine also writes about other areas of visual art, including jewellery, ceramics and public art. She also writes, translates and edits children's books.

Christine Nicholls is currently the Australian Editor of two high circulation visual arts magazines - Asian Art News and World Sculpture News, based in Hong Kong. She has curated numerous art exhibitions in Australia, Europe and Asia. At present Christine is working on several books about aspects of Australian Indigenous art for Thames and Hudson.
